Preparatory work

  5. On already welded profile pipes another one is attached, which will become a temporary support.
  6. A hole is created in the load-bearing wall for the profile, after which all frame parts can be welded.
  7. Several profile pipes are installed between the wall space and the outer space. After that, an additional strip is welded in the resulting gaps.
  8. Frame ready... Now you can prime everything in several layers.
  9. At the very end you can carry out the cladding of the outside of the balcony.

Sheathing is necessary - it not only improves the appearance of the balcony, but also reliably keeps the structure from moisture... If the parapet is made of metal, PVC siding can be used. If the parapet is made of concrete, a galvanized iron sheet with a coating is well suited for cladding.

For glazing the balcony space, aluminum window frames are well suited. The ebb is usually attached from the outside.

Aluminum profiles are considered affordable in terms of cost. This type of profile is often used in glazing. This solution is relevant for spaces that do not need insulation from excess noise or heat.

Manufacturing prices are calculated depending on the size of the loggia (the width, depth and length of the space are taken into account).
